Refund / Return Policy

We are a customer friendly company and if for any reason you feel that your order is not up to standard, or your candle making experience is not up to standards please notify us via email. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, it is possible that you may return your items for an exchange or store credit.




We want you to be happy! Let us know if you have any questions, concerns or comments. Returns and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.




There are absolutely no refunds provided on custom products.

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you.




Only regular priced items may be credited. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items may not be returned, credited, or exchanged.




Buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs on any returned merchandise. If your items are not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.




All items must be in their original condition and original packaging. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full store credit minus the shipping charges. Items sent back after 7 days will not be able to be credited. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt.
